Tom, a software engineer by background spent 23 years at Cerner incubating platforms, solutions, and services.  The last 5 years he pioneered Master Data Management as a Service for Cerner’s EHR agnostic cloud-based population health platform called HealtheIntent. Tom owned the data strategy and design to provide data transformation, standardization, normalization, and master person index (MPI) for the aggregation of claims and clinical data sources across provider and payer networks.   He is an expert in the complexity of health care data – whether consumer generated via medical or wellness devices, caregiver generated, or from the payer.  Tom left Cerner early 2019 to join Hart and focus on Healthcare Data as a Service full time.
